CC2640R2F: FW Upgrade fail via UART Bootloader

we have an issue about using the Smart RF programmer2 to do the UART I/F FW upgrade, some chips work well, but some chips got the chance of "Timed out waiting for ACK/NAK..."

do you have the similar experience and knowing how to aviod this time out issue happen?

You might need to do mass erase to your chip first. You can try to refer to sunmaysky.blogspot.com/.../how-to-use-serial-bootloader-mode-to.html

Thank you, it's better, but still has chance to got ACK/NAK time out issue.

If you got ACK/NAK time out after mass erase, I suppose you have to reset the board to make it work.
