Hi Fariya,

Is using the Bluetopia platform manager a requirement? The instructions on the SPPLE demo wiki page walk through a version of the demo for linux, but without the use of the platform manager. If you're using an AM335x I can provide a SDK build that has non-PM demos available.

Alternatively, you could also look at the LinuxGATT example in addition to the LinuxSPPLE demo in order to implement the server-side SPP service.

Yes, we are using an AM335x. It doesn't matter to me if the sample code uses platform manager or not. What I need is working SPPLE demo apps for both client and server (for Linux) that can run on the AM335x board. 

Please note I will need source code as well for those so I can later add my custom changes onto it.

I have looked at the LinuxGATT example and I find it non-trivial to make changes to implement server-side SPPLE service and hence the request.

Hi Fariya,

I've built a custom Bluetopia for Linux distribution that has those non-PM binaries built, with source code provided. There aren't any extra build steps needed, simply make the sample binaries as you would with the mainline releases.
