I was wondering what the difference was between part # CC2540T and CC2540. We currently use CC2540 in our product and we were wondering if we can easily swap this for the CC2540T.

Hello,

Yes, from a design perspective they are the same part (pin-to-pin compatible etc.). The main difference is that the CC2540T can operate up to 125°C, whereas the CC2540 can only operate up to 85°C.

For SW part, the same SW should be able to run on both CC2540 and CC2540T.
