Hello everyone

I have an old CC2650 1.3v sensor tag that I've played with in the past. I saw that it can be flashed with BLE monitoring firmware that was available with SimpleLink academy package some time ago. Can some one provide project file or .hex please

What do you mean BLE monitoring firmware? Do you mean to run HostTest example on your CC2650STK and connecting it with TI BLE Device Monitor? If so , you can refer to http://software-dl.ti.com/lprf/simplelink_academy/modules/projects/ble_hosttest/information.html to build HostTest for CC2650STK by yourself.
