Hello,

Does CC2640 have any mechanism to lock JTAG which completely disables the debug and access capabilities associated with the JTAG interface?
If CC2640 has the mechanism, please let me know whether CC2640 is unlocked by software.

After you select CC26xx in SmartRF Flash Programmer 2, you will see "Lock debug interface" option on right panel.

Hi,

As described below this is done by setting corresponding bits in the CCFG. When the device boots the boot ROM will check these fields and lock down JTAG if configured to do so. It is not possible to open up JTAG again by software except if you erase the last page of flash and reset the device.
