I am using BTool software but i have GAP device initialization time out error. how do i rectify this problem .below attached error

Hello,

I am working on cc2540. I would like to achieve contact between BTool and my board through mini USB Dongle. I execute the SimpleBLEPeripheral example and all the info is the following. Everything seems to work well BUT the BTool insists on the GAP Timeout error! Any help please ?
