How to add PAN support

• PAN seems to be a way to connect to iPhones without the need to join the MFi "Made for iPhone" Program.
• In the soon comming STM32 SDK, the "Personal Area Networking Profile" is marked "Not Available" .

• the Bluetopia Bluetooth stack seems to support PAN.

Questions: 

1.  Can I add the PAN functionality somehow by myself?
2.  Where can I get the original Bluetopia Stack?
     Stonestreet One was acquired by Qualcomm in 2014 and Bluetopia is no longer available - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bluetooth_stack
3.   What is the shedule for the release of "STM32 SDK" (Coming soon) ?
