Cannot program SensorTag with SmartRF Flash Programmer 2

I am able to successfully program my SensorTag with CCS but not with SmartRF Flash Programmer 2. I have tried all of the other forum solutions for this problem to no avail, SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 displays the following error, any help would be appreciated.

What is your FW version on XDS110?

I see some people have problem using this version. Mine is 2.2.4.2 and I would suggest you to use it. You can download and install XDS Emulation Software Package version 6.0.14.0 from processors.wiki.ti.com/.../XDS_Emulation_Software_Package to get it.

Thanks, your suggestion worked. Do you know what the other 2 unknown devices that SmartRF Programmer detects are? The show up as "XDS110 Class Application/User UART (COM3)"/? Unknown.

That's virtual COM port simulated by XDS110 and it doesn't matter.
