SPP BLE Server should do BLE scan. It's SPP BLE Client would do advertising.

but really even when i work with SPP BLE Client i can't connect with my smartphone (I use android app :Ble scanner)

Can your SPP BLE Server connect with SPP BLE Client?

I have only one cc2650 launchpad and I run on it the SPP_BLE_client
and I try to connect with my smartphone.
but I don't dound it .

I'm actually working at the SPP BLE client code example of cc2650 launchpad. the code build and debug successfully (I'm using ccs v6.2) with a stack 2.21 and I'm using the compilateur arm 5.2.6
I'm using an android application Ble scanner to connect with my cc2650 lanchpad here the link of the android application : play.google.com/.../details
I load both the stack and app project and still dont work and i can connect to my smartphone.
this two picture show you my terminal on pc and stack debug msg.
I can see it in my smartphone even i don't know how it communicate withe the author SPP_server project.

please can anyone help me 

Do you have uart output for server? The SPPclient (in this case, it's also a central device )is looking for SPPserver to connect.

You need to open 2 terminals to check your projects. Also you should program stack first and then app. There is no main function in stack so the msg is expected when you are running stack project.

You can't have both central device connected to each other. You can implement client into SPP server which is peripheral configuration. But our out of box examples use SPP client as Central and SPP server as Peripheral.

According to BLE Spec, only central can initialize connection. So if you want SPP client to connect to your phone, you need to:
1. make sure your phone is configured as peripheral device.
2. Tweak the SPP Client to search for your phone instead of SPP Server project

I connect cc2650 launchpad in my pc and I connect the BOOSTXL CC2650 MA to another pc
my fault is I don't I load both the stack and app project on each board (cc2650lp and BOOSTXLcc2650)
now when I load both it connected to each auther and I can sand and receive data from my two board (cc2650lp and BOOSTXLcc2650)
also my smartphone is configurated as as central device so I can connect with the SimpleLink Starter app to my SPP_BLE_server project.
