LAUNCHXL-CC2650: problem with connection timeout in multi_role example modified

Hi all,

I have modified the multi_role example adding the spp profile. I succeeded in it but when I connect the device as peripheral with an Android phone the connection drop after 40 seconds. I tried to change lots of connection parameters but nothing changed. Can you help me? I would like that the phone and the device still be connected since I decide to stop the connection from the phone.

Hi Moniaga,

It sounds some sort of timeout - it's hard to say for sure without looking at a sniffer log of the interaction.

What have you done to figure out what's causing issue? (You mention changing parameters, which ones?)

Hi,
I tried to change all of these parameters but the connection dropped at 40 seconds in every case: DEFAULT_DESIRED_MIN_CONN_INTERVAL, DEFAULT_DESIRED_MAX_CONN_INTERVAL, DEFAULT_DESIRED_CONN_TIMEOUT, DEFAULT_ENABLE_UPDATE_REQUEST, DEFAULT_CONN_INT, DEFAULT_CONN_TIMEOUT.

in addition when the connection dropped I can't reconnect to the device.
