CC2564MODNEM: When running "SPPLEDemo_Lite" sample program, BSC_Initialize() function returns with an Error Code "-4"

Hello,

I bought the CC2564MODNEM Dual Mode Module EM Board and MSP430F5438 Experimenter Board to evaluate Bluetooth Dual Mode parts.  I also downloaded and installed SDK CC256XMSPBTBLESW (Bluetopia for MSP430 and CC2564) from TI website.

Then, I imported the "SPPLEDemo_Lite" sample project into CCS, compiled and loaded the debugger onto the MSP430F5438A Experimental Board that had the CC2564MODNEM plugged in on top of it.  Before run the SPPLEDemo_Lite program debugger, I also checked and verified all jumpers were correctly set on those boards.

When I ran the SPPLEDemo_Lite debugger, I got error -4 from "BSC_Initialize(HCI_DriverInformation, 0)".  I am currently not sure why "BSC_Initialize" returned error "-4".

Can you help me looking into this issue?
