Hi I am trying to use this usb device with the smartRF Packet Sniffer 2, and the driver does not seem to be able to install on windows 10 home 64 bit. It just fails quietly without any error messages.

Can someone send me a driver that will successfully install?

I have not tried to reflash the device, the instructions for the say it should ship with firmware for packet sniffing and I don't have the programmer.

The older version, packet sniffer does work, but packet sniffer 2 does not find the USB device above.

Still doesn't work. The driver install starts and quickly exits saying success. I was looking for a BLE packet sniffer that would work with wireshark, like the adafruit version of this card. After losing several days with this bugginess, this tool simply doesn't seem to be that. Can I return it?

To work with CC2540EMK-USB, you should use PACKET-SNIFFER instead of PACKET-SNIFFER-2.
