RTOS/CC2652R: CC2652 Timer

I am sorry. But I am unable to understand the example of Pwmled2.
I wanted to just try out the timer to toggle an led every 3s.
The code I try out is below. But i am unable to understand how to set the period. Also the timer interrupt triggers as soon as the execution starts.

This won't have to use GP Timer. I suggest you to refer to clkPeriodic implementation in simple_peripheral example.

No, the toggling of led is not my final purpose. I wanted to do that to get a know-how on how to use timers.
