CC2642R: Where does initialization of the display happen in the simple peripheral project?

I am looking for Display_Params_init or Display_init calls somewhere in the project but I do not happen to find them. Are these calls not needed to setup the display?

Eventually, I want to change to simple logging instead of the display simulation currently in place.

Hi Hermann,

Display_open() is called in simple_peripheral.c.

The display is configured in the board file (e.g. CC26X2R_LAUNCHXL.c).

If you just want to print every next statement on the next line, you can disable ANSI. In the processor predefine list (TOOLS-> defines -> your opt file), set

-DBOARD_DISPLAY_USE_UART_ANSI=0
