Yes the schematic is correct. The table we provide on page 1 of the schematic is the superset of all the IOs. If you look at the actual pin-out for RF1 and RF2 the ones that are connected match that of the table. For example RF2-Pin11 are the same, although not the exact same working, but the function is the same. For the ones on the connector that have an X, these are not connected, so although listed in the table, they are not connected to the connector.
