CC2541: ADS1294 continuous data stream over Bluetooth

Hi! I have seen the TIDA-00096 where a ADS1293 is connected to an CC2541 BLE Modul to send data every 14ms.

My idea is to use a ADS1294, set it to continuous mode and send a data stream over Bluetooth to Windows 10 with 8kSPS (or higher). Could i use a CC2564 chip and a audio profile to send this ADS1293 data steam to my pc app?

I already use a ADS1292 with a CC2541 to send data over BLE notifications. But i am new to Bluetooth stream.

Hello,

The subject and app note you are referring to on this post mentions CC2541 but it seems like you are trying to use Bluetooth and not BLE. Can you please clarify.

Hi! The CC2541 BLE is what we are using at the moment to send our ADS1292 data to a windows 10 desktop using notifications.

But we want to switch to Bluetooth to send a continuous data stream now. If its possible... :)

You might be able to use a classic BT RFCOMM connection, using the Serial Port Profile (SPP), between a CC2564C and a PC. Please note that there are significant architectural differences between the CC2541 and the CC256x controller. You will need to run the host stack and SPP profile on a host MCU (e.g. MSP432P401R) for running the full use-case.
