If I am correct, this information is in the datasheet (https://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/cc2640r2f.pdf) in the section "Thermal Resistance".

You may have noticed this information is not in the datasheet while the thermal resistance values are in table 5.26. I have forwarded the request, but due to holidays I do not expect a response until after the first of August.
