Compiler/CC2640R2F: can advertise but cannot pair

I have created my own PCB i flashed the simple prephiral program to both launchPad and my own PCB

from y coputer i can see the advertising name but when i tried to connect cannot. when i tried sae program on launchPad working propably

Sounds like it might be XTAL related. Have you followed all design guidelines as presented here:

thanks alot for your reply

i dont think it is the XTAL becaus it was easily connected after i tried to solder the antenna this issue start to apear i can see the advertise name but when tried to connect or pair refused to connect

I am referring to the Sleep XTAL (32kHz) which requires +/-500 ppm to maintain (or create) a connection.
