CC2640R2F: what's difference for blestack and blestack5

ble5stack support ble 5.0 features and blestack only supports ble 4.x features.

but I find aoa_sender sample in blestack folder, isn't it a feature of ble 5.0?

Basically, AOA is BLE 5.1 feature. However, TI provides AOA related examples based on blestack for now. If you have a look at latest CC26x2 SDK AOA related examples are based on ble5stack.

could you please point out in which version sdk there is AOA sample for ble5 stack?   at least I have not found it in 3_20 sdk.

It's CC26x2/CC13x2 SDK 3.20 that contains AOA sample for ble5stack. It's not CC2640R2 SDK.

Yes, CC26x2R1 is commercially available. To run AOA examples, you will need three LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1 and one BOOSTXL-AOA.
