CC2540EMK-USB: "Sniffer device not found" although I have connected CC2540 USB Dongle to my system

I have recently purchased "CC2540 USB Dongle" for sniffing BLE packets. I have connected it to my pc and started "SmartRF Packet Sniffer 2". But in "Smart RF sniffer agent" window it is saying that  "Sniffer device not found".

Can someone guide if I am doing anything incorrectly?
