CC2564MODN: 8DPSK AND DQPSK bandwidth issue

In 8DPSK and DQPSK modes of operation the module is sending some wrong values and the bandwidth is going out of range(around 38MHz). For FCC testing this is a failure case. please help me on this issue.The command used for changing the module to 8DPSK is , " hcitool cmd 0x3F 0x0184 0x2 0x0 0x0 0xF 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 0x0 "

Have you referenced the test guide? http://processors.wiki.ti.com/index.php/CC256x_Testing_Guide

Look at the continuous Tx section as there are additional HCI commands needed.

yes, we referred that and that additional commands also we have send,

HCI_VS_DRPb_Tester_Con_TX 0xFD84, 0x1, 0, 0, 15, 0x00000000, 0x00000000

HCI_VS_Write_Hardware_Register 0xFF01, 0x0019180c, 0x0101

HCI_VS_DRPb_Enable_RF_Calibration 0xFD80, 0xFF, 0xFFFFFFFF, 0x01

This issue we observed only in 8DPSK and DQPSK modulations schemes at power levels 14 and 15.

it appears the command you are using sets the modulation as GFSK, not 8DPSK or DQPSK.

Also, are you running different continuous TX commands one right after another without resetting the device? If so, I recommend resetting and reinitializing the device between different transmission commands.
