Hi Support team

My customer is reporting the following:

We are seeing some issue with the CC2564C radio with inconsistent connections. First connection times out but the next connection goes through. Our stack vendor (OpenSynergy) recommended that we get the values for page scan interval and window from you. The connection is between scanner and cradle and both devices have the same radio and patch.
