Hi,

We don't want to transmit any radio waves in case of no advertisement scenario as per our legal regulation.

SO we are using one switch to enable and disable the advertisement when not used.

I would like to know if BLE IC does any Radio transmission if the software is not advertising?

or in any other state when we just initialize the GAP and GATT and not advertising the presence of the peripheral.

We are using BLE 5.1 SDK for this purpose and usign "simple peripheral" example for our project base.
