I would like to do the compliance test for the BLE module developed using the CC2640R2F-Q1.

Please help me to provide the applicable test standard that I need to perform to release the module in the automotive industry.

    This is not an easy question since many Automotive OEMs have their own standards, particularly on the EMC side. The ZVEI Generic IC EMC Test Specification (Link:https://www.zvei.org/fileadmin/user_upload/Presse_und_Medien/Publikationen/2017/Juli/Generic_IC_EMC_Test_Specification/Generic_IC_EMC_Test_Specification_2.1_180713_ZVEI.pdf ) gives a good overview of international standards at IC level, which likely is the closest you'll get to an RF module. Many Automotive Tire companies/OEMs request CISPR 25, class 5 as well.

    The documents tells about the integrated circuit test standard and parameters.

    Genrally could you suggest us the test method / STD which is applicable for the BLE module to explore in the automotive market.

    We would like to release our module for the automotive markets.

    There are no specific automotive standards dedicated to modules as far as I am aware. What I tried to convey is that the IC specific standards probably are the closest you get, but really engaging with automotive companies is what is going to give you the final verdict. Basically the automotive companies can choose to view the BLE module as an IC or a subsystem (a set of components). I cannot tell what verdict they will make in this respect, and what difference this would make in terms of regulatory testing.

    If your BLE module contains an antenna it should be considered an end-product and to my knowledge that means you will have to certify to e.g. FCC CRF Part 15.247, EU (ETSI EN 300 328 and EN 301 489-1/17 (EMC)), Japan (ARIB/TELEC) non-automotive radio regulatory requirements as well depending on what regions / countries you target selling the module. TI's BLE modules generally targeting the commercial/industrial markets are tested to these requirements in the applicable markets.

    Since TI primarily develops ICs intimate knowledge of whether dedicated automotive BLE radio module test standards, if any, exists is limited. In order to develop and sell an automotive BLE module we would have to meet the commercially (non-automotive)  regulatory requirements as mentioned above. However, I would expect automotive vendors to have additional requirements, but what they are and what actual standards they will refer to in this case I'm unfortunately not able to quantify.
