Hi,

According to the DMM user guide,'There must be different weights for both stack roles, as the default policy is used as a tie breaker in any circumstances if both stack roles end up with the same priority value.'

But in the DMM fundamental Academy: 

The two roles have the same weight:

    There is an update pending for the SimpleLink Acadamy for the next release that might make this a bit clearer. The catch here is that the application policy listed above is not applied to any of the stack activities. This means the weight does not really impact the decision in the application and that we instead depend on the Global Priority Table. 

    You will find that the default policy is always set to have weights in favor for one of the stack,
