I saw a post from a number of months ago which stated that periodic advertisement was not implemented in the current SDKs, and support was "Not within the near future":

Is this still true? Is there a timetable for this feature to be added at all?

As an addendum to my above question, are there any examples that show how to receive periodic advertisements?

The ideal case is having one device that can blast data to a number of observer-peripheral devices at one time over these periodic advertisements.
