LAUNCHXL-CC26X2R1: Extended advertiser device not detected

Hello,

My setup is Samsung S10 (configured as advertiser with extended advertising) and CC26X2R1 board (flashed with host test). On the CC26X2R1 I am using Btool application.

For advertiser I've set more settings:

Primary PHY - LE 1M / LE Coded
Secondary PHY - LE 1M / LE 2M / LE Coded

After sending the GAPScan_Enable() command , I expect that the Samsung S10 appears in the scan list but is not happening .

I should set different scan settings for scanning for extended advertising devices?

Please apologize for the delay; I was sidetracked.

I was investigating this issue and was able to talk to my Samsung phone in both 1M and 2M PHY modes, except coded (unsupported by my device). However, my phone is the Galaxy S9 (running Android 10) and I don't have a S10 to test this.

Throughout the internet I found the discussion below where developers have been reporting regression issues with extended advertising and Samsung S10e.

In this case, I strongly suspect the origin of the issue is rooted on the phone or its OS, not on our application. Could you check the discussion and see if the conditions there are applicable to your scenario?
