I'm trying to follow the "Out of the Box Demo" located in the "Meet the CC2650MODA Booster Pack" on TI's Resource Explorer. I have connected the module to my MSP432P401R, and am trying to launch the project zero, but it says "Error downloading program: Encountered a problem loading file: C:/Users/SK/AppData/Local/Temp/ti_cloud_storage/MSP432P401R.data Internal error Please unplug your MSP432P401R, then plug it back in and try again."

I have unplugged it, restarted my computer, switched USB ports, and still am having this issue. Below is a screenshot of my problem, and here is the link that I am following:

Hey Katie,

Your image didn't come through, but that's alright. I haven't seen "Internal Error" messages really before. Can you program any other examples to you MSP432 Launchpad? Maybe try the basic Blink LED examples, here:

Hi JD,

Unfortunately that did not solve the problem. I have the LED Blink test running on the MSP432, and the red LED is blinking. However, the same error message appears. What other steps can I take to troubleshoot/fix the problem?

I even tried a brand new MSP432 and it still isn't working. What other steps can I take?
