Hi Naser,

You will need to use a BLE Central configuration on the Raspberry Pi and invoke AWS IoT API from there. Unfortunately, we do not have any code examples for this. There is no specific setup needed on the CC2650 in order to interface it to AWS, as that is all handled by Raspberry Pi.

Actually, IBM is a recognised competitor within cloud services. If you are really after AWS, I suggest taking a look here to understand the Raspberry Pi / AWS integration
