CC2642R-Q1: CC2642R1 JTAG Boundary Scan Test

I would like to run CC2642R1 Boundary Scan Test using "cc13x2_c26x2_bsr.bsdl" BSDL file on Keysight X1149 BSCAN Aanalyzer and In-Circuite tester, but the part doesn't work in BSCAN mode at all. It fails Boundary Scan Infrastructure test.

After read the datasheet, this part needs to be configured from cJTAG to JTAG step first in order to use 4-Pin JTAG port.

Datasheet "cc2642r-q1.pdf" page# 47.

I discovered TI and other sites to find the Technical document regarding to the configuration from cJTAG to JTAG, but couldn't find any doc.

Is there any document which explain this?

Hi FI,

Yes, I modified the bsdl file to match the pin map. I think the part must be reconfigured to use 4-pin JTAG after powering up the part.

Here is what i found on datasheet.

"The on-chip debug support is done through a dedicated cJTAG or JTAG interface. The device boots by default into cJTAG mode and must be reconfigured to use 4-pin JTAG"

Is there any document which explain for the reconfigured the port?

Section 6.2.2.2 of TRM has steps to change to 4-pin JTAG.
