The following are resources in terms of documents and examples the customer can reference:

Please reference the TI-RTOS Kernel (SYS/BIOS) User's Guide Manual which will help familiarize the customer with TI-RTOS. There are also code snippets included in this User's Guide.
The SYS/BIOS API Documentation provides detailed information on all TI-RTOS APIs. In addition, modules can also include example code on how to use the APIs.
The CC13xx/CC26xx SimpleLink Core SDK User's Guide also contains a high level section on TI-RTOS.
Please refer to dev.ti.com/tirex specifically for SImpleLink CC13x2 26x2 SDK. Under the Examples directory, you can find TI-RTOS Kernel example projects.

A "lock" in TI-RTOS could be referring to the read-write locks. The User's Guide will cover this in more detail.
