summury, app use rtOs, bim is nonOs.
All of the BIM examples do not use RTOS but the BLE applications are intended for RTOS operation, it is fine to program your device with the output of both alongside each other. You can refer to the simple_peripheral_oad_onchip README, BLE5-Stack User's Guide, and BLE Enhanced OAD SimpleLink Academy Lab.
