CC2500: Interoperability between TI CC2500 and Silabs EFR32BG13P

Part Number: CC2500

We currently have a system that is based on CC2500. This is set up to use:

Modulation Format: MSK

Baudrate: 500 kBaud

Phase Transition Time: 0

The Silabs module to is configured using their radio configuration with the following settings:
Modulation Type: MSK

Bitrate: 500 kbps

Deviation: 125 kHz

Shaping Filter: None

Status right now is that we can send information from the EFR32BG13P to the CC2500 successfully but the other way around does not work well. The packet loss is ~50%. Initial measurements of the power spectrum and frequency deviation pattern shows that there are differences between the signals generated by the CC2500 and the EFR32BG13P.

The questions we have are:

1. What modulation is CC2500 actually producing when sending?

2. Can the EFR32BG13P be configured so that it can receive data from a CC2500 with a packet loss less than 1/1000?
