If you need to send >1 mbps I would suggest using the Bluetooth low energy high speed phy (2 mbps). You can use this with any of our parts that support 2.4 GHz operation, e.g.
- CC2640R2 : low cost option
- CC2652: Only 2.4 GHz operation
- CC1352: Dual band operation.
The fastest sub-1 GHz PHY you will find in SmartRF studio is 1 Mbps. You can run this PHY on all the CC13x2 devices.
The main price difference between CC2640R2 and CC2652 is the flash and RAM size. The radio on these two devices is very similar.
