RF37S114: NDEF Formatting for TI chips

Are either the RF37S114 or RF-HDT-DVBB formatted to the NDEF standard? 

If not, which TI device would I need to use in order to format them?

    both devices are unformatted and have to be NDEF formatted by the customer. The RF37S114 has only 256 bit of memory which makes it not suitable for a NDEF message. Also due to its small size of 4x4mm not every smartphone is able to detect it.

    For the formatting of the tag the NFC Link tools can be used. This can be the DLP-7970ABP BoosterPack with the MSP-EXP430F5529LP Launchpad and the NFC Link software. More information can be found in the following document:
