Looking for wireless synchronization options for small audio device

Hi,

I'm not sure I posted to the correct forum, but I'm looking for a wireless sync capability that I

believe comes with the WiLink-8 device family. I need event synchronization between devices

accurate to better than 100uSec; which I believe WiLink8 supports. The platform will need to

also support simple low-bandwidth communication. Is WiLink-8 still the goto for this or are there

other newer devices that support a wireless communication channel plus synchronization?

Note that this device will not be running Linux.

Hi,

We tested this feature on Linux . It has not been tested on non-Linux OS

Ok, thanks for replying.

I read through that document and it looks like it does what I need on a Linux platform.

I have to assume that if it is done on Linux it could be re-done (not necessarily a trivial undertaking)

on a smaller (non-os) embedded system. Is the driver source code available?

Are there any off-the-shelf modules that use WiLink8 in a pre-FCC-approved package?

Yes, linux driver source is open source .
