Hi Abe,
The TIDA-00096 Design Guide provides more information on resistor selection along with referencing the ADS1293 Datasheet.
The TIDA-00096 software package only support the CC254X devices in IAR 8051. Thus there will be a large porting effort if you wish to use the CC26X0 with CCSTUDIO. Please see this relevant E2E post. I recommend that instead you consider using the BLE-STACK-2-X simple_peripheral example for the CC2650LP and migrate the ADS1293 code accordingly (this user attempts something similar, and there is a SimpleLink BLE Heart Rate Sensor GitHub example for the CC2640R2). DIO pins should be defined in a LaunchPad board.h file.
It is possible to use the XDS110 in 2-wire cJTAG through the Target Configuration file (.ccxml), please see the User's Guide and Product page.
Regards,
Ryan
