TMS3705: Can anyone locate a data sheet for 20 yr old TMS3705DR device or know if it is SO16 surface mount ?

I am offered a production quantity of the aged, maybe 20yr old TMS3705DR. Crutially, I wish to find the pinout and whether it was SO16 surface mount?. An original data sheet would answer everything !

A big ask but it could save a product in this day of device scarcity.

Colin,

the "D" in TSM3705DR is referring to the package type, which is still used today. So these old samples for sure will have the same SO16 package as today. I'm also pretty sure that the the pinout is matching the today's datasheet.

The supplier certainly presents a 2018 (I think data sheet). Just building enough confidence to commit the bucks!

Your help has certainly brought me close to taking a rational decision.
