I want to find one NFC chip for integrating tag and reader, do we have NFC chip to support tag and reader? Can you recommend a design reference? Thanks!

Hi Gust,

your referenced device number RF430CL330H is a tag only. The only device we can offer, that can work as tag and as reader, is the TRF7970A. The TRF7970A has a so called Tag Emulation Mode for type 4A and 4B tags. More details about the Tag Emulation Mode can be found in this document:
