The customer wants to know where to connect thermal pad of the RF430CL331HIRGTR. Where is the recommended connection?

I understand the package thermal pad must be soldered to the printed circuit board.

Should the LAND PATTEN(PAD) on PCB be connected to GND?

Is the LAND PATTERN(PAD) on PCB to be left floating?
