Hi, 

Can you please confirm if RF37S114HTFJB can be used an alternative for RF430FRL152H to build wireless oximeter ? 

By comparison in the link below, it seems that it is possible.

    Hi Maynard,

    no, the RF37S114 can not be used. This is only only a transponder with no pins. This means you can not connect any sensors to it. For the RF430FRL152H there no direct replacement. When this is for a sensor application the only replacement could be the RF430CL330H but this would require an external MCU and is ISO14443 instead of ISO15693 compatible.
