I am currently designing an NFC antenna using CST Simulation software as shown in the figure below. I need to insert the RF430FRL152H chip at the antenna port. The internal capacitance of the chip is already known. But I cannot find the value for Ric. May I know what is the value for the complex impedance of the chip? Do you have any .s1p file that can be attached at the port of the antenna? Thank you in advance.
