CC Debugger not recognized by Flash Programmer

My CC Debugger (unsure of number - only shows up in Device Manager as "CC Debugger") is not recognized by TI Flash Programmer app (NOT V2). When connected to the device, the debugger light turns red and is recognized in Device Manager, but the light does not turn green when connected to the device that needs to be programmed (via TagConnect cord), and is not recognized in the device list in Flash Programmer.

I updated the debugger firmware successfully and the device has worked in the past.

Any advice is appreciated.

What processor are you using?

What other information about the "CC Debugger" can you provide?

Hi Leonard,

I am using Windows 11 on a Surface tablet. I unfortunately do not have any information about the CC debugger, but I do know that it is an older model (at least a few years). I do not see any identifying numbers or information on the device other than "CC Debugger" on the front. Sorry - I know that this doesn't give much to go on.

You may want to try the steps specified in Section 8.2 of the CC Debugger's User Guide to update the firmware. Additionally, here is the CC-Debugger web page in case you need it.
