RI-TRP-DR2B: RFID data corruption

Hi.  Entegris uses your RI-TRP-DR2B RFID transponder in some of our products.  Recently we had a customer complaint about gibberish in page 1.  I looked at our records, and found it to be programmed and verified correctly.  the customer image looked like page 1 was entirely replaced with ææææææææ.  instead of our alphanumeric code.  Do you have any idea what could have caused this to occur?  Thanks -GT

    Hi Gary,

    Apologies for the delay here. The forum support for this product is limited at the time, so appreciate the patience. In general, if the page is not locked it can be re-programmed and as the data looks like a pattern the assumption would be that it have been reprogrammed.
