We use the chip RF430FRL152H as a tag in our project, it will save some information at the address 0xF868, and we use the chip TRF7970 to read the information. But we found that sometimes the memory of RF430FRL152H will be modified (include the information we saved and the ISR vector), and the result is same every time when this issue occurred, if we reprogramm the RF430FRL152H then it will work OK again. The memorry corruption are shown in the attachend figures. Is there anything will cause such issue?
Ps: In the above figures, the left part is the firmware we programmed into the chip, the right part is the abnormal memmory after the issue occurred.
