PACKET-SNIFFER: Filtering BLE packets with L2CAP data type doesn't work

Hello,

I am trying to add the "Data Type" Filter condition as follows : PTY=L2CAP-S

but it did not work. The filter doesn't show any packets.

There is another question in the forum with the same question and someone provided the link with the solution, but the link doesn't work anymore.

Hi,

You should manage to get the filtering you are asking for using the filtering procedure described in Chapter 2.10 "Display filter" of the PacketSniffer User's Manual (https://www.ti.com/lit/swru187).

Hi Clement, thank you for the response but the manual doesn't help for that issue. I read the manual and it has some examples for ZigBee protocol. I am able to filter other fields normally but not for the data type PTY=L2CAP-S. There might be a workaround.
