I would like to use this part as the basis of a high temperature logger, similar to SWRA395 ("A Low-Power Battery-Less Wireless Temperature and
Humidity Sensor for the TI PaLFI Device").
The part is specified for operation at +85C and storage at 125C, I would like to use it at around 105C, with occasional excursions close to 125C.
Is the operating temperature limited by internal heating during reads or EEPROM operation, or other fundamental technology reasons?
The application only requires a read of temperature once per minute, with a total product life of around 10,000 hours
I am happy to implement and test a solution if there is it felt the device would still achieve an acceptable reliability
