Since the TRF7960EVM is obsolete and we need the EVM, is it possible to get the design files, Gerber and BoM, so that we can build it?

Alternatively, you can use the search engine of your choice to look for related E2E threads. With each of these resources we believe it will help with your question. Please also be aware that TI recommends to use the TRF7970A or TRF7964A for new designs.
