TRF7970A: Custom board design - What signals are needed to interface MSP-EXP430F5529LP

Part Number: TRF7970A
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: MSP-EXP430F5529LP,

Team,

my customer is using DLP-7970ABR + MSP-EXP430F5529LP for tests. They now want to design their own custom TRF7970A board.

What signals are needed to interface their custom board with the MSP-EXP430F5529LP?
Are the following signals sufficient?

  • SPI-CLK
  • SPI-MOSI
  • SPI-MISO
  • SPI-SlaveSelect

Their goal is to keep using TI-NFC-Tool for further tests and we want to make sure there are no additional signals needed for that.

I have a schematic of their custom design that I can share TI internally via email.

  • Team,

I think my customers question is quite specific as they need to understand what signals are needed to support the TI-NFC-Tool.

Can you please take a deeper look?
