CC2500: We need proper RGP package drawing

This is the TI recommended footprint drawing, we would like the part package drawing. We design our own footprints based on IPC.

You can find the RGP package dimension here: https://www.ti.com/packaging/docs/searchtipackages.tsp?packageName=QFN

and in combination with the footprint drawing should be enough information to create your footprint.

As I mentioned in my original post. I downloaded the RGP package drawing already (from the same link you provided). The file has no dimensions in it, it only includes a 3D rendering of the part. Please go look at the file I sent you, you will see it doesn't have the dimensions in it and is not a real drawing. Also we cannot use the Ultra-librarian parts.

Yes, that is the package I want information for. The information you show is not sufficient, as it doesn't include tolerances and it does not include pin dimensions and tolerances. 

This is all that is shown in the drawing:

Response from the our packaging team:

Pin (Length, width, pitch) tolerance

• Length: 0.4-0.6mm
• Width: 0.18-0.3mm
• Pitch: Not toleranced, it is based off ASME Y14.5M.

X,Y,Z tolerance

• If they’re asking specifically about package body size:
• X&Y: 3.85-4.15mm
• Z: 0.8-1mm

I also need the thermal pad size and tolerance, 

Per the packaging team, thermal pads are +/- 0.1mm.
